Historically, maintenance, operations and inspections departments implement asset reliability and integrity programs independent of one another, which often lacks coordination and communication. This approach results in unleveraged data, unmaintained systems and inefficient processes. Covering the topic of comprehensive asset management, PinnacleART Client Solutions Engineer, Mike Switala will present at the upcoming Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) Fort McMurray Chapter Professional Development/Networking local event. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the following:
- Common objectives driving the reliability and integrity programs
- Benefits of taking an integrated approach
- The steps to take based on your programs current effectiveness
