This year, PinnacleART welcomed 12 college students to participate in our 2016 summer internship program. Joining us from top universities across the country, the majority of our interns are studying to graduate with various engineering degrees.

The students worked alongside our Asset Integrity Analysts, giving them a firsthand experience in asset integrity and reliability engineering. As part of the 12-week program, each intern was assigned a mentor responsible for holding weekly meetings, providing career development guidance and advice for demonstrating the culture of PinnacleART.

The interns were also able to participate in activities outside of work. For example, they took part in various networking opportunities, community outreach events and fun activities with their project teams. They even hosted a Ping Pong tournament in support of the Special Olympics Texas!

Overall, our interns received enriched career experiences, which will equip them to go forward and achieve success as they begin their professional careers.
