PinnacleART supports turnaround planning and staffing efforts from start to finish. This includes generating results from the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) software, performing detailed inspection planning, executing inspections, and logging the inspections in both the documentation and management software. Throughout this process, PinnacleART can operate with the autonomy and accountability to fit the need and ensure the required inspections are being executed with the utmost quality.
PinnacleART can staff and execute turnarounds of all sizes—small or large. As part of our turnaround staffing, we provide the inspection planning, inspection execution, data management, project management, and associated engineering support. With PinnacleART’s holistic turnaround support, our team will ensure that risk-based equipment plans are translated to proper turnaround packages and that the packages are properly executed. We will also ensure that the inspection data is fed back into the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) program before the turnaround is over, and that damage/corrosion support is provided.
As part of this process, PinnacleART utilizes our Mobile Inspection™ Platform, which enables near real-time communication of data between the PinnacleART team for efficient decision-making, task execution and project management reporting.
Turnaround Inspection Planning
PinnacleART’s team will work with your facility to create a strategy that will determine the full scope of inspections required for specific equipment. This includes planning on-stream inspections for a unit or facility, in addition to working with the facility’s turnaround planning team to create inspection plans for the pertinent assets. If the planning team also uses PinnacleART’s cloud-based Mobile Inspection™ Platform, these plans can be loaded onto the tool to empower accountable execution. These plans will also be linked to the client’s Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) to ensure a seamless transition of data.
