Effective data management is an integral facet of maintaining efficient business processes. Because data is used to drive key business decisions, it is critical that the data under analysis is clear, correct, and accessible. By partnering with facilities in their efforts to achieve effective data management, PinnacleART will verify the design, process, and inspection information for assets, based on the documentation found in electronic and hard copy files at the site. Any hard copy files will be scanned and renamed with a standard renaming structure. The data verified can then be uploaded into the Inspection Data Management System (IDMS), a Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) software, or provided in a spreadsheet format. The associated design and inspection documentation can then be embedded, per asset, into the software or linked to a facility server or document management system (DMS).
