PinnacleART’s Global Mobility Senior Specialist Harvinder Freeman co-presented at the 2018 Annual International Human Resources Forum, held in Houston March 21-22. The forum was hosted by the the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) and HR Houston. Harvinder’s presentation, titled “Understanding and Managing the Multi-Generational Workforce,” was co-presented by two other HR professionals: Sheryll Young, Mobility Advisor—Americas, Enbridge & Jennifer Manis,  Global Mobility Manager, Halliburton and mediated by Michael Witkowski, Vice President, Eca International.

The theme of the 2018 Annual International Human Resource Management Forum was “Managing the Scope and Speed of Change in Global Business and Human Resources.” Workshops included:

The Presenter

Harvinder Freeman has more than 10 years of Human Resources and Global Mobility experience. She has built Global Mobility departments from the ground up at several companies. In her current role at PinnacleART, she is responsible for overseeing all mobility assignments, immigration and global relocation, while ensuring proper policies and processes are in place. She holds multiple citizenships and has traveled to many parts of the world, which aids in her understanding of the expatriate experience firsthand, along with relocation and cultural subject matters.
