Gerald Fejarang has been passionately educating clients on the importance of reliability-based asset management for over 20 years. He is driven to help plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) managers in the water and wastewater industries improve their asset management programs by integrating reliability engineering principles into O&M business processes. His extensive experience makes him uniquely qualified for developing, integrating, and troubleshooting reliability-based asset management programs for the water and wastewater industries. Gerald holds a Professional Engineering License in Civil Engineering for California and is an in-demand speaker presenting at a variety of water and wastewater conferences and conventions nationwide.


Laura Hudson

Laura Hudson is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) with more than eight years of experience working with clients in the water and wastewater industries. Laura supports PinnacleART’s Solutions Department through her technical writing services for the company’s marketing team and clients. She assists with content development, business development strategies, proposal writing and editing, and client contacts. For clients, she provides data collection, review, evaluation, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures, Operations and Maintenance manuals, and other facility documentation. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies with a D.E. in Critical Theory, which includes a focus on sociology, communications, anthropology, philosophy, and literature.
