Stephen Flory

Stephen Flory Stephen Flory manages technology initiatives that help clients enhance their reliability programs. His primary responsibilities involve implementing software tools to meet project needs and improve project efficiency. Stephen’s industry experience includes 18 years as a business analyst and five years as an engineering consultant. In addition to his extensive experience, Stephen is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and has Meridium APM Foundation Work Process Fundamentals and Meridium Mechanical Integrity Work Process Fundamentals certifications. Stephen received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

 

William (Bill) McWilliams

Bill McWilliams has over 30 years of experience in the petrochemical, refining, and power generation industries. He has significant experience in process operations, maintenance, and safety, including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA). During his extensive tenure, Bill has served in a variety of roles, including Senior Technical Developer and Project Manager for Training and Development Systems, Reliability Specialist, and Safety Technician.  He has also designed, developed, and managed operations training material and operating procedures for many clients throughout the years.
